The PITCH International Conference ‘Shaping the Future of Integration Strategies for foreign-born women in Europe’ was held in Brussels, Belgium, on December 5, 2024, at the Novotel Brussels City Center. About a hundred individuals joined the conference including migration experts, EU institutions representatives, PITCH graduates and partners.

The format of the conference ensured it reflects the core PITCH Model approach of co-design to offer a platform to PITCH graduates, trainers and mediators to share their personal journey and experience either through individual testimonies (both online and in-person) but also through their participation in a panel discussion titled ‘Empowering Stories: Firsthand experiences from PITCH graduates across Europe’. Similarly, a second panel moderated by one of the PITCH mediators hosted a discussion on ‘The Future of PITCH’, where local authorities representatives discussed the impact of the local integration strategies tested in their communities and their upcoming plans in sustaining and mainstreaming the prorgramme.
