WP2: Co-designing the PITCH Model for Local Integration Strategies

D2.1 Research Tools

This document compiles all the research tools developed for the PITCH project. These research tools supported desk and field research in all partner countries with the aim to identify and map existing local strategies, consult experts, local actors and migrant women's associations on integration matters, as well as analyse the demographic situation of migrant populations in each area of interest. These tools facilitated a more informed approach in the next steps of the project which included the design and implementation of local integration strategies.

D2.3 SWOT Analysis Compendium on Existing Local Strategies

This document is a compilation of the desk and field research conducted in all partner countries to identify existing local integration strategies and initiatives and good practices. It also incorporates statistical demographic analysis for each country with the aim to inform the contextualisation of the local integration strategies implemented later on in the programme in all countries.

D2.4 Neighbourhood Maps

D2.5 PITCH Model for Local Integration Strategies

The PITCH Model sets a common ground for the development and implementation of local integration strategies, allowing actors to further adapt and structure them trhrough a personalised and multi-stakeholder approach. Its first version was co-designed during an international meeting, where partners exchanged ideas and good practices from different EU countries, and built the PITCH Model. This model creates a universal language among the partnership and sets out the guiding principles for the development of local integration strategies that can be built, pilot-tested, and finalised.

WP3: Pilot-testing of local integration strategies featuring personalised integration roadmaps for migrant women

D3.1 Profiling Toolbox

This document entails the guidelines to support the partnership to design and implement the PITCH training programme directed at foreign-born women, to ensure a gender-sensitive and tailored approach for the PITCH trainees.

D3.2 Upskilling Cluster - Consolidated Learning Material

The PITCH partners have designed a series of activities directed at foreign-born women (PITCH trainees) in partner countries, enabling them to select activities based on their needs and aspirations, and thus, develop their own personalised roadmap to integration. The activities are categorised into three main clusters, namely: the Upskilling Cluster, the Awareness Raising/Career Guidance Cluster, and the Social Engagement Cluster. This document details the Upskilling Cluster, proposing a series of activities for the PITCH Training Programme implemented in all partner countries in late 2023 and early 2024. This cluster encompasses informal and non-formal activities focusing on Language Skills, Digital Skills, Employability Skills, and Entrepreneurial Skills. The goal of this cluster is to equip PITCH trainees with essential knowledge and skills relevant to today's labour market, empowering them to achieve autonomy and facilitate their integration into the host society.

D3.3 Awareness Raising/Guidance Cluster - Consolidated Outlines

The PITCH partners have designed a series of activities directed at foreign-born women (PITCH trainees) in partner countries, enabling them to select activities based on their needs and aspirations, and thus, develop their own personalised roadmap to integration. The activities are categorised into three main clusters, namely: the Upskilling Cluster, the Awareness Raising/Career Guidance Cluster, and the Social Engagement Cluster. This document details the Awareness Raising /Career Guidance Cluster, proposing a series of activities for the PITCH Training Programme implemented in all partner countries in late 2023 and early 2024. This cluster encompasses informal and non-formal activities focusing on Rights & Duties, Active Citizenship and Career Guidance. The aim of this cluster is to support PITCH trainees gain knowledge on the country-specific legal framework, introduce them to the world of civil society and encourage them to become active citizens of the host community, as well as support them in further defining their professional path in the local labour market landscape.

D3.4 Social Cluster Programmes

The PITCH partners have designed a series of activities directed at foreign-born women (PITCH trainees) in partner countries, enabling them to select activities based on their needs and aspirations, and thus, develop their own personalised roadmap to integration. The activities are categorised into three main clusters, namely: the Upskilling Cluster, the Awareness Raising/Career Guidance Cluster, and the Social Engagement Cluster. This document details the Social Engagement Cluster, proposing a series of social cafes and neighbourhood walks as part of the PITCH Training Programme implemented in all partner countries in late 2023 and early 2024. This cluster encompasses two paths aiming to encourage PITCH trainees to socialise, network, and interact with the local community. The first path, “Social cafés”, entails a list of activities and workshops on various topics, addressed to both PITCH trainees and locals, thus, encouraging them to build supportive networks. The second path ''Neighbourhood Walks”, involves organised walks in the area of implementation, in order for PITCH trainees to build self-confidence and become familiar with the local area, its history and culture.

D4.2 Dissemination & Visibility Tools

This document (D4.2 Dissemination & Visibility Tools) was developed by CSI towards the end of the PITCH project with the aim to share publicly the partnership’s approach towards disseminating the project results and actions while maintaining an attractive, targeted and clear branding and messaging.

D4.5 White Paper on the PITCH Model

The White Paper presents the PITCH Model, outlining the challenges encountered and the successes achieved during the pilot tests of the local integration strategies in the partner countries. It aims to encourage other entities interested and involved in the integration of foreign-born women to adopt the model’s methodology in their own efforts.

D4.6 Outline for the Capacity Building Programme: Designing Sustainable Needs Oriented Integration Initiatives

This document consists of a suggested and flexible structure, inputs and guidelines aimed to facilitate the design of the capacity-building programme directed at community operators and actors in the implementation countries. Each core partner will adapt the guidelines of the capacity building based on their local contexts, relying on the support of the municipality partner in its implementation and in reaching out to the right participants.

WP5: General Project Evaluation & Impact Analysis

D5.6 Impact Analysis Toolbox for the PITCH Model

PITCH aimed to establish a common European foundation to support the design and implementation of local integration strategies specifically targeted at women, based on a personalised, participatory, and multi-stakeholder approach. The project co-designed a model, translated it into seven local strategies, and pilot-tested it with migrant women.
